We want you to feel confident enrolling. This policy explains our money-back guarantee and how refunds work.
14-day money-back guarantee
Eligible coaching programs are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If within 14 days of purchase you've completed the assigned material, shown up to the work, and don't feel you're making progress, contact us for a full refund of that program.
How to request a refund
Email hello@livebossacademy.com from the address you used to purchase, within 14 days, and include your name and order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Payment plans (Klarna / Affirm)
If you purchased using a pay-over-time option, an approved refund is processed back through that provider, and your remaining installments are adjusted accordingly.
Exclusions
Done-for-you services, one-on-one time already delivered, and any non-refundable items noted at checkout are excluded. Refund eligibility ends after the 14-day window.
